These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vomoi.com and the Vomoi expense management platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Vomoi Expense Technologies Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Nature of Services
Vomoi Expense Technologies Inc. operates a software-as-a-service platform for expense tracking and management. The platform provides receipt capture and digitization, automated expense categorization, budget monitoring and threshold alerts, expense report generation, multi-user team accounts with approval workflows, and integrations with third-party accounting software.
Vomoi is a software tool. We are not a bank, financial institution, accounting firm, tax preparer, money transmitter, or financial advisory service. We do not hold, transfer, or process funds on your behalf, and we do not access your bank or credit accounts to move money.
3. Financial and Accuracy Disclaimer
Nothing produced by or through the Service (including expense categorizations, budget alerts, generated reports, or any other output) constitutes financial advice, tax guidance, accounting recommendations, or investment counsel.
Automated features such as optical character recognition and machine-learning categorization are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all expense data entered into or generated by the platform before relying on it for reimbursement, client billing, tax filings, financial reporting, or regulatory compliance.

4. Accounts and User Responsibilities
To use certain features you must create an account with accurate and current registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Notify us promptly at support@vomoi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering any portion of the software, using automated tools to extract data, or uploading unlawful or infringing material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated content (including software, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, the Vomoi name and marks, and underlying models and methodology) are the exclusive property of Vomoi Expense Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the expense data and receipt images you upload. You grant the Company a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted without our prior written consent.
6. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications Only
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Vomoi Expense Technologies Inc., you consent to receive recurring account notification text messages at the mobile number you have provided. These messages may include product announcements, feature releases, subscription offers, and other promotional communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.

SMS messaging is supported by the following carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky. Carrier participation and message delivery are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network congestion, or device incompatibility.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to manage your subscription preferences.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and included features are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREIN ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOMOI EXPENSE TECHNOLOGIES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY AUTOMATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VOMOI EXPENSE TECHNOLOGIES INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR ERRORS IN EXPENSE CATEGORIZATION OR REPORTING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Modifications to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page.
